We’re Isla Vincenzi & Elle Fairfax, two best friends who took our love for pizza and turned it into a full-blown NYC pizza joint. College was fueled by pizza slices and late-night hustle, but a summer in Italy with Isla’s Nonna Rosa changed everything. We saw what real pizza was—fresh dough, vibrant flavors, and a level of care that made every bite unforgettable.
So we came back, rolled up our sleeves, and built Crust Fund Baby from scratch—no handouts, no shortcuts, just pure passion (and a whole lot of flour).
